Despite our wide range of standard trucks and trolleys, customers sometimes still need tailor-made solutions. That's no problem for us.
One of the secrets behind Helge Nyberg's success is that we have the resources and organisation to develop products and solutions according to customers' specific requirements. We have experienced product developers, expert assembly mechanics, a wealth of solid craftmanship, know-how and expertise regarding logistics and light material handling. There are many advantages of having your own manufacturing facilities and R&D department.

E-commerce trolleys
When picking several orders at the same time, our e-commerce trolley is a flexible solution, where shelf dividers are easily added, adjusted or removed. The side grid is also removable and can be mounted on either the right or the left side depending on your own requirements.
Depending on the aisle width and goods’ size, the trolleys are made in two different widths. The centre-wheels’ equipment makes the trolley easy to manoeuvre even with one hand and makes it easy to turn also with heavy load. Other sizes or power supply equipment etc. available on request.

Product info
Shiny zinc-coated finish. Shelves are continuously adjustable in height and could also easily be removed. As a standard the trolley is equipped for 16 orders. A support wheel system(two wheels positioned centrally underneath the trolley) makes it very easy to maneuver and turn.
Four swivel wheels 125x32 mm, grey rubber and ball bearing hub. Two with brakes. Safety wheels on each corner for protection. Centre wheel 160x40 mm grey rubber and ball bearing hub. Max. load per shelf is 100 kg and max. load per trolley is 300 kg.
Motorized trolleys
Take care of your body. Our solution with electric engine on the trolley makes your work easier. The engine helps driving the trolley forward and minimises operator's restrain in the daily work with transports over long distances.
Engine compatible with trolleys in Ergobjörn Series 300 and Series 400. Choose freely among our standard products in these series. Minimum requirements for trolleys: length over 1200 mm, width 600 mm or 800 mm. Electric engine is installed underneath the bottom shelf, so it doesn’t encroach on the trolley’s loading space. The picture shows our shelf trolley model 27 from Series 400. The trolley has automatic parking brake and emergency brake. Back/forward operating unit operated with a joystick or an on-off switch.
If trolley is to be used very frequently, we recommend 50 Ah gel batteries. These batteries are maintenance-free and allow the trolley to be used in shifts frequently and with high loads. For less frequent use or with small loads, 25 Ah batteries are sufficient. Maximum speed 5 km/h. The operating box can be programmed for acceleration, brakes, speed backwards and forwards etc. The engine is a registered design.

To pick straight into the delivery boxes has efficiency the flow and with the new trolleys with electric engines they have been able to increase the capacity.
