Returns

Wrong order and wrong delivery

Before returning the product/-s the buyer shall notify Helge Nyberg AB about the reason for the return. The return must also be confirmed by Helge Nyberg AB before it is being sent.

If the reason for the return is wrong order by the buyer or any other reason for which Helge Nyberg AB is not responsible, the expenses for freight shall be borne by the buyer. Helge Nyberg AB reserve the right to charge a return fee of 20 per cent of the product’s sales price and expenses for reparation due to possible faults for which the buyer is responsible.

If the reason for the return is wrong delivery from Helge Nyberg AB, expenses for freight shall be borne by Helge Nyberg AB. The goods shall be packaged as it was when delivered and serial number and name of the assembler must be stated on the return.

Returns not notified and approved by Helge Nyberg in advance will not be accepted.

Cancellation of Order

Helge Nyberg reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30 per cent of the product’s sales price when the buyer makes a cancellation of an order.

Supplement

In addition to what is stated above or otherwise expressively agreed Orgalime S will apply when applicable.
